As for initiation, do any of you have any ideas in mind for it? Or did you want me to just throw something together with my teacher?

We should probably get ourselves on the team list before we start figuring out what to do for initiation. Under the assumption this team is still a thing.

Yeah, agreed. Though I'd personally vote for JJ doing the initiation, since I don't think anyone else here has a teacher character.
