Hey there! I know that at the moment I post this, my character is still under review. Better to have things prepared though, right!? Anyway, I've noticed a number of 1st year Shade Academy student applications, primarily in the form of Mavi Kobold, Martin Roja, and Solar Rasie. I figure that amongst the 1st year Shade applications, we have a viable team on our hands! Whaddya peeps say?

LOL I know that was the first thought in my mind, about the three M's. But yeah, it looks like Dracolianx has been looking for a Shade team as well! Since it appears that we're currently the only four teamless Shade applicants, it kinda works, right? Plus, aside from Mavi, basically all our characters have experienced bullying to varying degrees, which I find to be a neat little coincidence.

As for Team names, it doesn't all have to be first names either So we have MMMS, KSRR, SSMM, KMSM, RMSK, all that kinda good stuffs! Whaddya think?

EDIT: SMMR for Summer? Or Simmer? Either way, I like it!

Since it's been a while since activity has been had on some of the prospects for this team, would anybody else have a Shade character ready, or be interested in jumping on board the choo choo train of DOOM-I mean, a 1st year Shade Academy team?

Woo! Team SMMR is ago! We got Marcus Bomvu, Mavi Kobold, Solar Raise, and Miziren Starminer! I s'pose starting a team thread would be the next order OH BIDNESS.

Right so how does this work I'm still new to this, are we good to start an initiation story thread or do we wait for it to be under the team list?
Also we have yet to determine a leader
And no objections to Summer? the Yellow color based team?

I think we're okay to start an initiation thread. We have members who are all in for the team, and we have a colour. Personally, I would rather have a leader chosen after/during an initiation, since that's when our true colours (pun intended) show through. As far as I know, once we got the leader chosen, we  just post the team in the team thread using the template Kaliot set out for us to use. That's just my two cents though; if anybody else has anything else to add, or would rather just pick a leader off the hop, well, let us know


EDIT: After seeing how Team VLPS handled their initiation, I think it would probably be better meow to choose a leader, get the SMMR team registered, and then roll into a new thread.

Well since the name is Team SMMR, maybe Solar should be the leader. Since her name starts with an S.

Select the leader based on capabilities, not names. It's neat if the two coincide, but don't make it a priority.

Weaker leader leaves more room for character growth and development though so really it just depends on what kind of experience you want to have with the team.
