Appearance: The definition of a amazon. Sonya has a shapely body and is 6’6 with black hair. She wears armor plates on her chest arms and legs. Her hair is short cut, but enough of it covers her left eye. Out of combat she can be seen in the school uniform or in a red tank with black baggy pants. On her arm is a tattoo of an eagle soaring and under it a sword in the ground.
History: :As like her sister Sonya Schwartz was born into a large family, of five children, She being the eldest sister of them. Unlike her sister, never cared for attention. She just wanted to be her own person. Like her grandfather. Sonya always loved being with her grandfather as a small child. She would play with him and pretend to fight evil. Yet for her grandfather knew all to well what evils were in the world they lived in. For her grandfather was an acclaimed hunter and one of her biggest idols. He actually did something with his life. He fought evil and never surrendered. Sonya was saddened to hear he had hung up his blade, saying that he was too old to fight. So she decided to try and carry on his legacy as well as his old cape. She saw use for it as shoulder wear.
Her journey was as any other students. She went to school and learned how to fight properly. She learned how to craft weapons and even add on to them. It was then she crafted her grandfather's blade to suit her own needs. Giving it power by transforming into a war hammer. Speed by adding a folding mechanism into the blade so that the edges would flip and turn into edges and the inside becoming flexible. She also constructed a shield to use in combat, But her blade didn’t hit as hard, it hit faster than normal.
After signal she moved to Vale renting a home, to live in as she began her years at beacon. During her first year she met a boy who she fell heads over heels for, but didn’t let him know. As luck had it they were put together for initiation. They were almost done when they were attacked by a deathstalker. Sonya was attacking when she was knocked back by it. She was about to be killed when the boy jumped in and took the beasts stinger right to his chest. It was then Sonya became enraged. Unleashing her aura as she leapt to the air and crashed down on the beast. Her power and speed increased. She took out her hammer and defeated the grimm by slamming it’s own tail into it’s back.
She returned to her friend to see he was in critical condition. She dragged him back to beacon and got him medical help. Though it was done in the best of ways. Her friend was removed from beacon to go train more at signal. He blamed Sonya for his own failure. Even though he dove for her. He said it was to show he was leadership material. For a great leader saves others. Sonya was slightly saddened but she got over it when he showed his true colors. Sonya's years would be filled with training and hunting down large Grimm. By her third year Sonya was know through out beacon as the giant slayer. She didn't care. She just wanted to fight and defeat the evil. She felt that combat brought out the true warrior. That's why she loved it so much. It got her blood boiling, and got her heart racing. The feeling of combat is her true pleasure. Now she’s on her fourth year and ready to step it up and hunt her next target.
Personality: Determined, understanding, and snarky. Sonya is a hunter who is always thinking during a fight, or taking orders and fighting. the enemies. She is always ready to fight and loves the thrill of it. Out of combat she’s snarky and loves messing with her friends. Especially her baby sister Anita. She may seem like a older sister who picks on her sister, but should anyone ever hurt her she would crush them. Secretly Sonya has a obsession for small and cuddly things. She’s fond of this mainly because her extreme height. Everything is always smaller than her. So she tends to get excited when she finds a small animal or anything just as cute. The only thing she cannot stand, is school work. She isnt bad at it, it is that she simply sees it as a waste of time. Seeing as they are there to fight, not to go to high school.
Aura and Semblance: Ready or not!
If Sonya is under attack by enemies and no team mates are near or able to hear her. She will use her aura to amplify her voice and shout something. Her favorite thing to say is. “GET OFF YOUR ASS AND HELP ME!” This will startle most enemies, except for Grimm unless they require hearing to locate their prey. (referring to the drill moles from initiation three i believe.) Though it inst much, this attack drains aura for every three seconds its active and damages Sonya's voice as she calls for aid.
Combat Behavior: Strong and smart. Sonya has the power and the know how to back up her attacks. Though she lacks range she’s always ready to enter the fray. Sonya also understands the fundamental of team work she will never get involved in a fight with grim by herself if she can help it. Her speed and strength are not to be underestimated.
Lacking range and attack speed. She is vulnerable to fast hitters and snipers. Though her scourge can close the gap a small bit, giving her some range it’s still too short to deal with most firearms at a distance. Sonya also exhibits extreme cockiness when fighting those she sees weaker than her. Mainly lower class man.
WEAPON
Name: Terramorphous
Primary Form: A large broadsword that has extreme power. It belonged to her grandfather who retired before she arrived to beacon. Her blade can cut through most things, bone included.
Secondary Form: A large warhammer that can and will smash all in her way. The hammer, transforms with blade folding in on itself, becoming a large metal hammer. The handle where she holds the blade extends to the head giving her more length to hold the hammer.
Tertiary Form: The blade’s edges fold to the side and the middle of the blade becomes more flexible as it can be used as a large scourge. It’s reach is well but its biggest use is speed.
History: Once her grandfather’s blade. But sadly he retired so she decided to use it as her own. And in signal she added on to it, giving it extra power and speed.
Name: Aspída
Primary Form: A large shield crafted during her years at beacon.
History: A simple yet sturdy shield crafted by Sonya for defence agisnt attackers. When she has it out she attacks faster, but her attacks do not hit as hard.
