Reginald took note of what Ash had said, but he didn't have to tell his guards a word. Already they had started searching the area for suspicious individuals. By now, the knocked-out guard had already been found.

Reggie didn't bother responding to the casually dressed man who had decided to take his leave. He cared not for what some poor sod thought of him. He was, however, about to shake Ash's hand in greeting, as the man at least had some semblance of respect, but his hand was soon roughly taken hold of by some androgynous looking bloke in a hat.

Even though his apparel, as strange as it was, indicated that the man was relatively wealthy, Reggie still pulled his hand back as he found his actions to be beyond rude. Good thing, too, as three of Reggie's personal guards had just ran up, pointing rifles at the man.

"Don't move and keep your hands where I can see them!" Commanded one of them. Another turned to face Reginald. "Sir Reginald, one of our guards spotted this man leaving from the same area the guard wandered off to. I had also taken note of the man leaving suspiciously without any orders. We also found one of our guys stripped from his uniform, unconscious. Your orders?"

Reginald glanced momentarily between his guard, the man who had supposedly embarrassed him so and attacked his men at that, and the rest of the students around him. He wanted to see the man humiliated the same way. But he couldn't do something obvious. Not yet.

"Escort him to whoever it was that was in charge at this school. I don't have time to deal with such cretins." The rich brat said, purposefully turning away from them. The three guards moved in to take the androgynous person away, whether willfully or by force.

Reggie turned to Ash once more and shook his hand. "Reginald Royale of the Royale family. I suggest you remember the name."

Janna snickered as she followed the leviathan man. She wasn't sure how she felt about that passageway, though. It just felt very off to her. Never the less, she didn't see a better way out at this time, so she kept her shields held to her sides as they moved along. The two had just defeated a king Taijitu on their own, even though it had taken them by surprise. Surely they could take whatever else awaited them ahead. Right?

Old Tournaments / Re: Tourney Discussion [Combatants only]

Soniccraft, how is Cobe attacking, exactly? Your sheet says the steam dust causes the weapon to release it in dust form directly from the weapon. Razz is standing on the roof above Cobe, released the steam around himself and blew it up? Or am I just missing something obvious here?

Razzy's opponent was behind cover again, and didn't seem too keen on moving out at the moment. Razz paused for a moment, before taking a few steps back from the edge of the building. He then ran forwards, jumping off the ledge. The pink-clad boy pointed Rozhe downwards and fired once, the blast from the dust allowing him to keep his momentum just long enough to grab onto the side of the roof on the opposite building.

Razz pulled his body up, now having two shots left in his rifle. He rushed to the side of the building once again, aimed down at his opponent and fired, then switching to Rozhe's blade form once more.

(8% Aura damage from both shots at this range. Fire dust will likely heat things up.)

Razz blinked. He had just won. He had actually won a fight in the tourney. He couldn't describe the happiness he felt. Instead, he just smiled widely, and ran forward to give his opponent a hug. "I'll be waiting for that rematch for sure!" The pink-clad boy said full of glee. He'd then have to get back to get recuperated for his next fight, though. Also blow his nose. He was definitely catching a cold after this one.

Janna arched a brow, giving a light smirk. "While I don't doubt you're a strong bloke, I'm not sure you'd be able to throw me high enough." She said. There was a point to her words. She didn't know how much weight Brock could lift, and throw for that matter, but her gear combined with her own weight would likely just be too much.

"We might be able to find an easier route out of here if we looked around, though. I doubt there was just some kind of air pocket down here without any sort of exit."

472
While he didn't get hit directly, Razz did suffer from the vortexes' presence. One of his legs was pulled into one, dealing some damage. Still, he reacted quickly. Using the momentum provided by the vortex itself, Razz flung himself out of its grasp, utilizing it to scale the wall next to himself. It would have looked really cool, too, if it weren't for the fact that his landing involved falling flat on his face.

Razz had to switch back to Rozhe's rifle form once more, having gained the high ground. Kind of. Depends on how you define 'gained'. it was more so that he fell face-first into it.

The boy placed a fire dust cartridge in his rifle, the last dust ammo he had on him. He looked over the side of the roof and dealt two shots before taking cover again.

(Both shots are 6%, fire damage is negligible at this range.)

(Aura at 87%)

Luckily for Razzy, he was currently behind cover in 'relative safety', so to speak. As soon as the smoke flew out, he quickly pulled back behind the shack, having taken his lesson from his fight with Martin: When your opponent released dust in any form, it's probably gonna hurt. The explosion did do some damage to the aforementioned cover, though. He had to move, and he had to do it now.

The pink-clad boy still had two shots left in his rifle. As such, he made a run for it along the street, running on the opposite side of the buildings from his opponent. As he did, he fired his last two ice rounds, before stopping behind the decrepit hotel. Expecting for his opponent to move in for close quarters combat any moment, Razz switched Rozhe back to blade form. Time for fightin'!

(Two shots at 5%, same as before.)

(Aura at 96%)

Razz was kind of out in the open, so when his opponent went for a ranged attack as well, his options were rather limited. Still, his opponent's attack was a spread, meaning he could probably avoid most of the damage without issue. As such, the pink-clad boy ran ahead, getting grazed by two of the shots.

He quickly positioned himself behind one of the collapsed shacks closer to his foe. Once behind cover, Razz peeked out and fired thrice, the ice shots accompanied by glowing trails and puffs of smoke-dust.

(Three shots at 5% depletion, can freeze over a small part of one's body, though not enough to fully freeze a limb.)

Janna was panting slightly, the fight and getting smashed into the wall having taken a lot out of her. Still, the shield-maiden could stand on her own. One of the many plus sides to constantly wearing this much armor was that she could take quite a bit of punishment before succumbing to tiredness.

"We need to find a way out of this cavern." Janna said as she pulled Honor and Justice out of both snakes' eyes. She glanced up at the hole above them. "I'm not so sure climbing that is gonna be easy."

476
"Oh, hush! I care naught for what 'enemies' I make here, as long as my allies remain as powerful as they are!" He said, waving off Marshal and Ash, though momentarily pausing upon Jack's comment. Well then.

"Furthermore, I suggest you take your leave before I- Does anyone smell burning? He asked, glancing back just as a fountain of water spraying across his slightly burning cape. Also his face.

It was at this point that his entourage took notice of his situation and two young assistants ran to him, heels clacking against the pavement. "Sir Reginald, are you-" "Get me a towel, Silica. Now. He spat out, his clothes now seemingly flapping in the wind. That's odd, there wasn't any wind just a moment ago, was there? Matter of fact, it seemed to be only present around him. Either way, his assistants hurried back to the airship in search of a towel.

"Who did this?!" He asked through his teeth, glancing around at the students and pointing to his cape. The anger in the bastard's voice was unmistakable.

Razz had to take a breath and compose himself before he stepped out into the arena. He had made it to his second round in the tournament. And he had had so much fun in his first! All he really hoped for was for his second round to be as exciting.

His mind full of positive thoughts as always, the boy strutted out into the arena and onto the boardwalk, his back facing the fishing pier. The area was definitely more intriguing than the previous river/swamp setup!

Having neglected Rozhe's rifle form in his first round at the tournament, he quickly changed it into its third form and loaded in a bullet. As soon as combat begun, he fired a shot at his opponent's chest, then placed an ice dust cartridge in his weapon for when he gets closer.

(Shot is 8% depletion)

Janna didn't wait for the beast to regain its senses. AS it recoiled, she immediately hopped to the side, letting the dazed and confused thing simply slam into the ground. She grabbed her sword off of the ground, and raised it high before plummeting it into the beast's eye, much like she had done with the previous grimm.

480
Razz was struck in the face with two feet, and recoiled back from the strike. He felt his aura get pretty low, but he knew his opponent was worse off. It as time to finish things off!

Razzy pulled his blade back, but instead of going for a regular slash, lunge or stab, the boy flung the weapon at his opponent's legs. Then, as his weapon flew through the air, the pink-clad boy hopped forward, spinning on one leg. He brought his other leg upwards, going for a kick to the side of Martin's head. At least his opponent wasn't much taller than him. That would have been awkward.

(Both throw and kick are 4% depletion.)

(Aura at 28%)
