I kinda was thinking what every character would have as different themes. You don't have to list all your characters right now. You can update as you think of more. I will also be updating my list as I think of it. Feel free to suggest songs for others.

Space Cruise is chosen for being calm enough for Cat's calm self.
Battle for Supremacy has the tension in the same way Cat fights with semblance. If he's sniping it would be silent with Dogsong on hit.
The way the bone protrudes and sans' arm slamming in his fight fits too much not to put Megalovania. I could put Do You Believe In Destiny instead but feels like cheating.
The hollowness of Conturbatio was chosen over other music from PMMM but more importantly the themes the show deal with is exactly the kind Catalina would think deeply about.
Undyne before you befriend her is exactly who Cat isn't, so Spear of Justice is deliberately used. The spear throwing chase from earlier also remotely resemble Cat's semblance.

We Keep Going features both the feels and the title.
A normal, fast-paced battle with Infrared would involve a lot of bullet deflects from both her sword and her semblance. Just watch Homura vs Mami and Absolute Configuration is a best fit.
Scale up Mami's gunshots to rocket artillery explosions makes Credens Justitiam a beautiful background music.
The Slow Walk and Battle of Lepanto both starts slow that gets epic. And the historic outcome makes her Crowning Moment of Awesome a foregone conclusion.
Level 5 Judgelight is at least a remote reference to the similarity of Infrared's semblance to Accelerator
I Still Love You is like Infrared trying to reassure herself to no avail. I would think being genre savvy would bring her feelings distinct but reminiscent to Monika's in the game occasionally.
