First off welcome to the site Shadow Rose. Fair warning It does take a while to create a character but there are people here that will do their best to help you out. :D
The point Capta1n_Henry was making is that all characters bios follow the same template, so copy whats in the box bellow and then edit (modify) the first post. Replace Sample Text with your characters stuff. Then take a look at some other characters profiles and you'll get the idea.
Template. Copy and paste it into your profile to begin.

Firstly welcome to the board, just three things quickly. It would be best if you edit the original post to add new things rather than posting on the thread to keep all the important information in one post and as such being easy to find.
The second is Henry was probably referring to the template in his provided link, sticking to this will help people quickly move to the relevant section during RP and just make the profile easier to read as a whole. Damn ninja'ed by Vision
