Name: Ocen Chen
Age: 21
Species and Gender: human male
Occupation: hunter in training a 1st year at beacon
Appearance: messy dark purple hair,black coat with a dark green undershirt,black boots,dark blue eyes ,black jeans,always carries a small pouch of fire dust infused sand
Personality: brooding,takes awhile to warm up to people,will do anything for his friends,knowes that all faunis are not evil just most of the white fang
Aura and Semblance: aura: healing semblance: can control dirt and sand and its density
Combat Behavior: fast and wants to end things quickly
WEAPON a black battle axe that's a sub machinegun
Dust Functions: infuses fire dust with sand
History: he was orpined at the age of 10 because his parents where killed by the white fang he found refuge in a dumpster after a 4 more years in a dumpster he found the will to leave his make shift home in the dumpster and after he ran for 3 years till he got to vale he stopped at a couple of dust stores and blacksmiths he didn't have any money so he worked at the places till he could get his weapon and some dust and after roaming the forest for a time he got attacked by a Beowulf from behind he wasn't ready and so he lifted his arms in surrender but that's when he first time he used his semblance and a shield of hardened earth came from the ground then without any hesitation he grabbed his weapon and hit the Beowulf with every thing he had left then ozpin was observing Ocen because he got a call from a nearby village after Ocen declined Ozpin offer to beacon he roamed around vale for 4 more years till he applied to beacon and they gladly accepted him into beacon

Well welcome to WiP I hope your stay will be a short one(Meaning your character will be ready to be put back into character creation proper).
So there is a lot that needs work on here and rather than just add to the list of stuff Gus wanted you to change I think reading would be the best step forward for us here.
