Name: Definitely not Reinhardt

Species and Gender: Human? Male

Symbol:  A truck.

Occupation: Atlas Academy student, second year? First year? Something like that.

Appearance: Manly. Armored. Tall. Manly.

History: Was born, then got a rocket hammer and a shield, is now in school.

Personality: Manly. Knightly. Likes protecting people with rectangles.

Aura and Semblance: Uhhhhh.

Combat Behavior:  Protects people with rectangles. Also has a hammer that has a rocket on the back. Also it shoots rockets.

WEAPON

Name: Rocket Hammer

Primary Form: Hammer and rocket launcher. Does these things.

Dust Functions: Probably

History: Found it in an alleyway.

WEAPON

Name: Rectangle Generator

Primary Form: Thing that attached to forearm like a bracer but bigger like a buckler. Makes rectangles that block stuff.

Dust Functions: Oh yes.

History: Found in a different alleyway.

Kinda a silly anime trope to have a helmet that doesn't cover the nose or eyes, though I guess you can justify it with aura (though I personally don't like it). However kudos for going for a moustache, they're generally underused. 

Also a minor grammar error: You forgot to capitalise his middle name "Not"

Most helmets don't cover the eyes. How else would you see?! Nose is valid though.

"not" is not capitalized in the same way that "von" in  Rick von Strudel is not capitalized.

Reinhardt can be interpreted to mean things like hardy, brave, strong.

Red is often associated with strength.

Reinhardt = Red

Can't do red as Ruby already is.

Rein is Norwegian for Rain so blue works.

Reinhardt is a German red. Ruby is an English red. They're different so its okay.
