Post by: Dr. Gustave on September 23, 2016, 03:42:05 PM: Now I have absolutely zero intention of having these characters meet, but let's say Rose ran into someone with a semblance that could affect one's perception of time, as in they can make 20 minutes seem like a day or a day seem like 20 minutes. Would that in any way affect Rose/Rose's semblance?

It'd screw with Big Rose's accuracy for temporal adjustments for a bit if she didn't compensate for the altered perceptions, but she's used to working under the influence of altered perceptions.
