Okay first of all, it suddenly disappeared off the General Discussion page, I don't know how. But I'm just gonna repost it
Okay I saw the Shitload talking about Overwatch(like duh thanks) and I thought... Why not list down your character skills(z)
To give you an idea, go take a look at Overwatch or any multiplayer game with selectable champions, heroes(never die), or goodness knows what even gods that feature their own set of skills and abilities.
As I happen to be very lazy, I even made a nice little template for you to get started. Oh feel free to add on more. Like more skills(z)

Here is an example using Sakura.
Character: Sakura Lunciar
Skill Name: Javelin Vault
Skill Description: Sakura dashes forward, then plunges the tip of her lance into the ground while pushing herself of the ground. A successful vault will send her more than 7 meters in the air.
How the character mainly uses it: As a surprise tactic or an escape, it helps her to get her rockets up close and personal
Any Cost(s)?: Unsuccessful vaults can causes sudden breaking
Development: She watched athletes do high jumps and thought why not do it herself. Soon it became a rather signature move for her.

Character: Martin Roja
Skill Name: Showboating
Skill Description: Martin lunges forward with his weapon in sword form, aims it towards the ground, quickly shifts it into polearm form and uses the momentum to fling himself into the air, converting to rifle mode in mid-leap and firing several shots at the target on the way down.
How the character mainly uses it: As a surprise attack, or just to catch the eye of the current object of his romantic attentions if she happens to be nearby while he's in battle.
Any Cost(s)?: Just as much chance to miss (and waste ammo/Dust cartridges) or fall flat (hurting himself instead of the target), making him look bad, as there is of successfully pulling it off and making himself look good.
Development: Well... What's more awesome than leaping high into the air and taking out an enemy or two on the way down?

Characters: Orchid Lovette and Stella Chartreuse
Skill Name: Cymbidium Duet
Skill Description: Stella uses her semblance on Orchid, Orchid uses her semblance, doubling the auras of those around her. Stella's semblance takes the cooldown and cost of Orchid's aura, allowing her to use her semblance again, doubling the already doubled auras to 4x.
How the character mainly uses it: The Cymbidium Duet is one of the most effective supportive combinations ever known.
Any Cost(s)?: 10% from Stella, 5% from Orchid
Development: Orchid and Stella developed this right upon knowing what each others' semblances do.

Character: Leaf Swiftwind and Haley Rich Viola
Skill Name:On the way!
Skill Description:Leaf activates her semblance and Haley uses her semblance and links it to Leaf. As Haley can fly to however she is linked with, Leaf can just run towards an ally and Haley follows behind flying, quickly.
How the character mainly uses it:As a quick reinforcements or retreat
Any Cost(s)?:Leaf's semblance cost and Haley's semblance cost
Development:Haley wanted a way to get to places faster in order to aid them, Leaf was that solution.

Character:Uken Takeda
Skill Name:Sencho
Skill Description:Uken creates one thousand butterflies on any Dust type he currently has in his katana. You can kind of guess the crazy that happens once Uken uses this.
How the character mainly uses it:Offensive if Fire, Wind or Water. Escape if Glass or Kinetic
Any Cost(s)?:He is unable to summon more butterflies for a minute once executed.
Development:Does a samurai need to explain why he developed it?

Characters: Nathan Eau
Skill Name: Destruction
Skill Description: Nathan can deliver kinetic strikes of unparalleled proportions.
How the character mainly uses it: Rarely, mostly for stuff that's too big to take down normally.
Any Cost(s)?: Variable.
Development: It's who he is.
