Hey just popping in to say that  Xavier Cendres (http://rwby-rpg.rwbyfanon.com/index.php/topic,304.0.html)
is getting changed to a 2nd year after being on the site for around a year. (Hey and isnt Cidrine from his old team, wouldn't THAT be something)

And I don't believe that Ophelia is going to be allowed to enter as a 2nd year as per edits that are being made. Just thought it would be important for this new team to know that.

P.S (ignore the 3rd year thing in his profile, that was an edit I overlooked while I transferred him over)
