Title: good ideas for character creation

Name of my character is Momo Hiei Matsumoto. However, I am having trouble making a good thing for the template. Can anybody give me a couple of paragraphs or ideas for the character template. Your ideas might, can, and will be used to make me a badass character for the RPG.
