Does fanon Beacon have one, and if so can I nominate Rima for the position? Seems the type of thing she'd aim for if available.

Well you could start one but you would need one rep for each year

To be honest, I imagine it would be mostly flavor,  but it would be fun to put together a whole council.

Back on the first site, we had an election plotline for student council. Leo was Leo and made everyone look like they were, I don't know, perverts or something. But Officially? Probably not, no. Unofficially, Beacon's students have historically had a group of students one could call a council that they look to for help/advice/stuff like that. Historically they've been fourth years, but nothing stops people from going year by year and having different councils.
