Name: Stella Xnfe (Pronounced Nah-fay) Chartreuse

Stella is a girl with long black hair, light skin, and dark green eyes. She is 166cm tall, weighs approximately 51kg, and has an 80/56/83 BWH. For her attire, Stella dons a white bolero with the reminiscent design of a lab coat and green accents over a dark brown short-hemmed minidress and a simple white dress shirt with the same green accent lining the collar. Around her waist is a gold and leather belt off of which hangs a piece of armor plating on either side to protect the hips. On top of her head is a high-tech looking circlet. To top things off, there is a leather bracelet on each arm along with a leather strap around each legs that go over brown stockings, which go into brown medium-high heels.

History: Stella was born to a lower-middle class family, her father owning a small shop and her mother working with her father. She went to a normal school and lived a simple life. Like most other kids, Stella wanted to attend Signal and did so once she came of age. However, when she was 9, the store her parents owned began declining and so her family went bankrupt. Having to sell their house, her parents moved in with her grandmother as her mother began studying Real Estate while her father took up work in a computer store. At Signal, Stella also spent an effort to study and try to help her parents. She fell in love with computer programming because she believed that it could do anything. This passion showed until a few months later, her mother successfully sold a home and bought her her own laptop.

While her grades at school began dipping, her life was all uphill from there. First it was creating mods for video games and doing online coding jobs for various individuals to earn money and purchase parts to build her own computer. With the new computer however, it was onto the more advanced things such as developing her own node-based visual scripting system, allowing her to work at the pace of an average 40 people development team. While transferring the data, she found her first program, a simple 'Hello World' and got an idea. After purchasing a small business startup that proved to be way more profitable than expected, earning on average 60,000 Lien monthly, she began writing the 'Hello World' program into a program that does all her work for her. This soon made her programming power-hungry and want to code everything there was to code into one super-program. At the same time though, she grew more and more distant from others so she tried to go out and interact more, though rather unsuccessfully.

Stella very quickly became annoyed at humanity due to the amount of trivial things they do, yet for some reason, loved them and knew she had to interact with them. Her parents, after they were bought a new home by Stella, emancipated her in which she immediately started up an LLC named Prometheus Labs, specializing in computer software development and soon expanding into hardware along with releasing a popular MMO she had been working on for 2 years. She also hired an adviser/assistant/lawyer to keep her life intact. After having to be kept at Signal due to her poor abilities, Stella further developed her company alongside her student life and decided that she would like to join Beacon, as she believed her assets would be valuable to fellow future huntsmen and huntresses. At the same time, she has started venturing Prometheus into biotechnology, initially just funding research projects by large companies and then hiring scientists and engineers. Finally, Stella has also hired a professional huntsman to teach her how to properly create Semblance Catalyst Foci despite her young age.

Personality: First of all, Stella could probably compete for the spot as the worst person anyone could ever meet, yet has the best of intentions. This means that while she is willing to go above and beyond in helping others, she often insults them while doing so using her widely-known venomous tongue, among other grievances. Stella is one to push people's buttons just to elicit a reaction, to which she can find some modicum of entertainment and though others may not find it funny, she feels that all she needs to do is entertain herself and not anybody else. She also often becomes blasé towards other people's more sensitive things such as an object with sentimental value or their semblance. Speaking of objects and semblances, Stella enjoys studying them in her free time while still having the tendency to sound bored or make offensive remarks and at the same time, creating complimentary gadgets that are able to enhance either the semblances and/or how they're used so the person doesn't "waste a perfectly good semblance by becoming some random Grimm's new chew toy."

Stella rarely ever talks about her company, only occasionally bringing it up when it would be useful. However, as she IS the CEO, she has a 'complicated' response to authority from others, not because she feels they're lower, but because she's superior. She also isn't afraid of losing anything. Limbs or organs, she'd consider it an upgrade, just the pain isn't something to look forward. On a final note, Stella hates guns. It's not that she is afraid of them, they just make her uncomfortable because the only use they have is to kill. However she is still quite capable in their use from skeet shooting if she is ever forced to.

She is really good at forging wines after discovering a method to age them faster. However, she doesn't sell the forged wines and instead basically just brings the best drinks to parties.

Aura and Semblance: Aura Color: Chartreuse
Semblance: Channel Karma - Stella's semblance basically allows her to 'use' somebody's semblance for them. This works through her placing an effect on the person so that the next time they use their semblance, the aura is drawn from Stella. Also, when a person uses their semblance under the effect of Channel Karma, it won't have a cooldown. Instead, the cooldown is placed onto Stella's semblance. Any adverse effects that come from the semblance will also be directed onto Stella. Additional effects may happen, depending on the nature of the target's semblance.

Example: Stella uses Channel Karma on Gary, who's semblance costs 10% aura, has a one minute cooldown, and inflicts pain onto his target and himself when used. When Gary uses his semblance, Stella loses 10% of her aura and has to wait 1 minute before she can use Channel Karma on somebody again. She also feels pain because that's an adverse effect of Gary's semblance. Meanwhile, Gary can then use his semblance again right after without waiting because the aura cost and cooldown were both placed onto Stella. He also doesn't feel any pain because that was also placed onto Stella.

Combat Behavior: In combat, Stella is slightly below average than others due to spending more time running a company rather than training. Specializing more in speed than strength, Stella does possess a formidable aura capacity and knowledge due to often utilizing it both in experiments and on the battlefield.

With her sword, her fighting style is a mix between techniques originating from Vale and Atlas, wielding her weapon like a rapier or estoc due to its miniscule weight while taking advantage of its length as a greatsword. She often tends to try and avoid an enemy's defense and finish as soon as possible.

WEAPON

Name: Ad Libitum

Form: Greatrapier - A sword with the shape and weight of a rapier but with the 49 inch blade of a greatsword. Its blade is made with the same technology used in forcefields.

History: Created by Stella to replace the generic training weapons. She just couldn't decide whether she wanted a heavy blade or a light blade.

NPC

Johnathan Vera - Stella's personal assistant, lawyer, and financial adviser.

ASAKO - Portable 'Lite' version of main Prometheus research programs. Essentially Wolfram Alpha but with advanced spoken language parsing and the ability to connect to Prometheus devices.

After the staff came to the conclusion of "WAIT, FUCK AI!" we're removing from approval. Remove the AI or properly explain WHY we should let you keep it. This falls under the umbrella of super tech and far exceeds what we've seen in terms of AI in the show. Penny does not count as she was one of a kind and does not exist in our universe. If you need more explained, ask.

You may keep using this character until the process finishes up but we WILL expect a response soon.

Changed AIs into super-programs, essentially Wikipedia in code but with added on functionality such as simulations and every formula known. Also added that her personal super-program Asako is virtually unhackable through their Phantom Drives along with how said Phantom Drives work.

We appreciate you trying to accommodate the recent changes, but this still does not match what we view as a balanced example of AI. Unfortunately you'll have to fix that.
