Hi everyone!
So, after having him up here for awhile, I've decided to try and form a team for Savas. So far there are two of us for this team, so we're looking for two more people.

Hey hey hey! I was just working on a side-character while my first one awaited approval, and in a reply to the post in the WIP section, I came here. Coincidentally *cough cough* it seems that this is the most recent 4th year team looking for a fourth member. Didja have anybody in mind, or should I keep on working on mah WIP character? (It's gonna be a while before I'm done, so I totes understand if y'all get somebody before then)

Goodness, I thought someone would have got a 4th year in by now. Since it seems that you still need a member, I'll put Kei up for the job. He's... a bit traumatised by teams however, so it might be interesting to work this one out.

Ordelis hasn't been on since the ending of February so we may need another person also. We'll give them some time to respond, but may need a plan B just in case.

EdgeyReyes is creating a fourth year rn, so that could be plan B.

I've been away due to some work related training that lasted the past 2 weeks I'm active again until I'm back on rotation

Well, with all that, I looked over Kei and I think he would be an interesting fit to the team. Funny enough, all four of our characters (Savas, Ribeiro, Acero, and Kei) had a traumatizing experience happen to each of them in which they were all teamless by the end of their third year.
Captain and Ordelis - You guys cool with having MonsterManic be our fourth member?

I have one suggestion. Team SARK (Stark), with some shade of white as our colour?

As Ordelis pointed out, we have some very interesting initials. I do admit that I do like Team SARK (Stark), especially with what the definition of the word means: "Complete". You could say that, with all the trauma and tragedies each team member faced, the coming together of the four makes us complete again. Just a thought.
The other thing we need to figure out is who the team leader is going to be. After looking at the personalities of each character, it's actually pretty difficult to say who would be a better leader of the team, seeing that all of them are pretty similar. Do you guys have any suggestions/recommendations?

My vote is for Savas. Sorry Acero, but I feel Savas has been through more stuff than the rest of the team. Not putting Kei up because he simply isn't suited for the role. (Totally not currying favour here... jk)

Well, the consensus is that Savas is leader of Team SARK, which is convenient for the leader's initials as well. I assume that we don't really need a DM, as JJB does that on a daily basis and can do that for us?
Otherwise I think we are good to go for initiation! Oh, and maybe get registered on the Team List?

Well, I will be honored to have Savas be the team leader. It'll definitely take him out of his comfort zone. So, Team SARK it is. Were we in agreement with going with a shade of white? Once we agree on the color, then I'll post it on the team list thread.
As for the team initiation: It seems like Savas and Ribeiro would actually know each other, both being at Beacon the whole time. The other two will be brand new so I was thinking we can keep this simple and have it be a sparring match between the four. Kind of a free for all "Let's get to know each other through our fists/weapons" kind of thread. If that doesn't work then I would be more than happy to do another type of thread. Just let me know what you guys think.

Some sort of white from House Stark, from Game of Thrones maybe. Or grey, because stark normally invokes a bleak color.
I know Oberon and Savas have met before, and you mentioned Ribeiro knowing Savas. Kei hails from Mistral, and Acero Atlas, so this would make the other pair interesting to act out.
For the initiation itself, I personally feel that a FFA wouldn't exactly work if we were trying to introduce ourselves to each other, since all we would be doing is combat. Perhaps, being 4th years, we could be assigned a mission (Search-and-Destroy/Rescue or something of the sort) right off the bat, instead of having to go through initiation tests. However, that "mission" would act as our unorthodox initiation.
If our other members disagree with me, though, I am perfectly fine with going along. It saves us the time of needing a DM, apart from the beginning, because simple fighting between each other does not require such a member.

I agree with Manic. A simple FFA doesn't really sound like an initiation. I feel like an actual mission would be more eventful than a FFA, though I do like the idea of it.

Also against the FFA, we could do it as a side thing but not as the initiation.

Team mission it is then! I can work on getting something together, but is there anything in particular that you guys would like to do?
So, I realize that when I try to use an off white color as our team color, it simply looks exactly like the text color. Did you still want to go with that color or try a different color instead?

I found a shade of white on the internet by the name of whitesmoke with the code of #F5F5F5. It isn't exactly white, but most people won't know the difference. Just go with it and call our color Stark White or something?
Some kind of challenging mission suitable for 4th years. We don't have to ask for Oberon, I'm assuming, because you've been the DM before?

That color works for me. I'll post on the team list.
Oberon is primarily the professor for year 1 - 3 teams, so he doesn't really deal with fourth years. This might be an exception since two of his students both suffered a tragedy in their third year. I might have a little conversation between Savas and Oberon before the team meets together just to help build the story thread a bit.

Yeah, I'll get the thread started. To be honest, I'm just a little out of ideas to use as I've used up most of them on all the previous initiation/mission threads I've done. If you guys have any ideas on what you'd like to do, then feel free to share them. If not, I'm just going to go with a simple Search and Destroy Grimm mission.
