Hello again!
This time, the person that is searching for a team is Tina Allan (http://rwby-rpg.rwbyfanon.com/index.php/topic,847.0.html), a first year at Beacon. She is shy, but opens up to friends and LOVES video games.

Aaaaah, yes, I know the feeling. Depending on a multitude of factors, though, you may still be able to submit him for a team, albeit specifying that he's still not approved.
I made the original team CBLT wait months for Camelia like that :P

He's right anyway, you can still submit your character for a team when they're in Char Creation, or even WIP for fuck's sake. Just specify that they're not approved and you're set with a team (or at least a (couple) of teammates) for your character when they're approved.

Also, I don't see the depressing part in that. Only that a user of the site harbors a grudge against you. But that's practically everyone already.
I'm kidding again. Plus, you were probably talking about the other post. Imagine a confused tilt of the head here. Is joking about being mentally scarred and going mad not a thing that normal people say? Not to say I'm not normal of course. No, I'm definitely normal. And sane. Yes.
