Vivian nodded as Michael mentioned the book. Watching him start going up the stairs, she leaned against the wall, folding her arms together as she waited for his return. Her rabbit ears popped up at what sounded like him hitting something, the yelling afterwards reaffirming that idea. She couldn't help but chuckle a little, almost feeling bad as she did. By the time he had gotten back, she was only giving him her usual content smile, not showing any signs that indicated that she had heard him through the ceiling. After all, he looked fine now, so he couldn't have hurt himself too bad.
Seeing that he was putting his jacket back on, she headed for the door, her metal hand wrapping around the doorknob. "Yep." As she turned it, an entertaining thought came to mind, one that she simply refused to pass up. Opening the door, she stood there and held it open before bowing down in an elegant manner while using one arm to gesture outside. "After you, good sir." It would be obvious to anyone that she was teasing him, poking fun at the multiple occasions where he had held a door for her.
