Camelia turned towards Griz, following him with her eyes. Her sparring partner had said to keep to each other's backs, and that was what she was planning on doing. Letting him take care of the other guy, she raised her shield in front of her and was ready for the kick aimed from up high, blocking it with her shield, after which she dodged sideways and aimed a right punch at the guy's left kidney.

Marlon's internal amusement at Blancard's predicament was cut short as he heard something light up...he didn't have time to pinpoint the sound's origin, just the general direction...10 to 1 that's Skaos...Reflexively he locked his aura, reinforcing his stance as best as he could in the short time he had. If it hadn't been for Miss Sol's semblance completely messing up the boy's trajectory so that he went right for Marlon's center mass. Jackpot!

He grunted with the blow, and staggered back a step or two, tensing himself to check that weird kid's momentum. He'd thankfully already had his arms up to guard, but that impact was pretty durned solid. Grunting, Marlon used the fact that Skaos had come at him even faster than he'd intended, making grappling or any kind of well-aimed strike impossible, and just dropped a heavy elbow on his skull before following up with a heavy punt to send him back the way he came.

As Ismael comes at Marlon his trajectory was messed up he started to float upward a little and gets him a whole lot of pain. As Marlon's attacks rang through and sent Ismael flying he felt pure anger run through his veins. Once he made it back to earth he stood up and started stumble as he tried to regain focus. His aura started to go around Ismael and infuse with a dark red. He started to feel the back of his head to find blood on his hand. He holds the back of his head as he waits to regain focus.

(EDIT: Also, I thought Ismael was Aura unprotected only when he didn't expect a blow, which he honestly should have.)

Also I'm going to call BS on taking hits with your aura down on purpose. I've seen you doing it in multiple threads now and it really bothers me. That might work if someone like Mauve or Fallow were punching you, but if the show is any indication, people hit hard, and they're hitting you with aura coated limbs. That's at least getting cracked with a titanium bat. In Marlon's case, it's getting rammed with a sledgehammer by a dude with 100Ilbs of pure muscle on Ismael, and he's not holding back because he's assuming Izzy's not an idiot and dropping his aura. Also, who the heck brings rocket boots to a fist fight? I thought he was asking permission because they were steeltoes or something...

(OCC: He cannot activate his aura, for defense, through normal means he must become enraged for it to be active, and when his defense activates his aura starts sporadically travel around him. This has been a thing and when Nathan broke Ismael's sternum in Kid(s) I told you then as well. Also modified just to have Ismael shoot a lightning bolt from where he got thrown)

I Think the point being made here is that Ishmael just took a hit that should have hit him like a truck and do major damage and that's WITH aura ON. Ishmael didn't have any defensive aura until after he got hit. Because Ishmael got hit point blank with a strike he did not defend against, it is inferred that he took the same amount of damage that a normal human would. I would expect a fractured skull, concussion, blood, extreme pain, broken stuff (a lot of broken stuff) for a blow from a huntsman intraining against a person with civilian level defence(no aura). Also rocket boots in a fist fight? Though to your credit Camelia is using a shield so if she gets a pass for that i think boots can stay. Il post Griz's actions when this issue is fully resolved.

For extra emphasis imagine if yang punched a civilian full force, I don't think that would end well

That seems like a really dangerous disadvantage to have. but okay. Sorry, I actually wasn't involved in Kids at that point, though I did read it. Must have forgotten that part.

Marlon instantly knew something was very wrong. Skaos shouldn't be bleeding, and his body had been a damn sight more yielding that somethin' shielded by aura...

"Y'ALL STOP!" he roared, holding out his hands. "Skaos, what in hellfire are ya doin', boy? Why don't ya have your aura up!? I could've broken your neck if I'd swung a little further back!" he cried, plain horror on his face. To think, nearly killin' a man your supposed to be workin' with...

Griz saw the blow connect as Ishmael was sent across the arena. Griz saw it and Marlong saw it too. Griz used the shield he kicked as leverage to push off and out of the way of the punch. Dashing in front of Marlon he put his hand out barring his path to stop the man from confronting Ismael. "That boy is filled with rage. He might strike out at you for hurting him. I felt something different from his aura from the start. I should've said something. It was my oversight that caused this so in anything official il take the blame.". Griz tones had a note of finality. He would not let this man blame himself for what just happened. He was too kind hearted. Looking at Ishmael Griz shouted " Hey man calm down for a bit, are you ok? How's your aura can you heal fine?".

(EDIT: I can apparently go on with posting stuff until further order. Just keep in mind that, depending on what happens, every single post that involves one of my characters may become non-existent - that is, the events within would've never happened.)

Camelia had stopped using her semblance right at the sight of the blood coating Ismael's hand. That wasn't normal. She approached him along with everyone else, but not really knowing him, preferred to let the others handle it, a worried look on her face.

Ismael sat down and growled as he did so. His head was throbbing and he was feeling light headed. He started to get up as he felt the blood stop and said in a low voice, "I'm going to the nurse, I don't feel right. Just find someone else to sub in for me, I can go alone". Ismael then started to walk away.
