Maybe you can play Seth being bummed about not being leader. If it'll affect your including him to the team though, I'd be willing to let him become leader.

Being leader just happens. I feel for ya, but when I made Camelia for instance, I did not have a leader role in mind. She just turned out that way.

Still, that'll be some great friction between the team members.
