That much is true, but I guess we can trust each other - and bloody well should be able to in a community like this - to not abuse this beyond any boundary of reason and "balance", if you want to use this word. I personally much prefer a common sense approach to such matters anyway, because otherwise I would probably be playing Pen and Paper RPGs, not write stuff.
