Appearance:  Vidalia is 5’4 with emerald green eyes. She has raven black hair which she keeps in two pony tails. She has a fair complexion and is always wearing black eyeliner and lipstick. Her nails are always painted green.
 
Vidalia likes to dress herself in the Gothic Lolita fashion. Often her clothes are dresses/skirts and pants with some type of moon symbol on them.

History:
Vidalia was born and raised in Vacuo in the same city where Shade academy is located in. She lived with her grandparents most of her life because her parents always struggled to maintain a steady income to properly care for Vidalia. When Vidalia was born she was seen to do strange things. At the age of ten Vidalia was pronounced insane. Regardless of the pronunciation her grandparents still raised her to be a normal child.

Vidalia's parents where indifferent to their daughter and it was not because they didn't love her. By the time they came home they didn't have much energy to give their daughter any attention. Vidalia always got the impression that her parents hated her and thought of her to be a nuisance. After the constant routine Vidalia was tired of it. She decided, on her own to stay with her grandparents permanently.

Upon turning fourteen Vidalia decided she wanted to be a hunter like her grandfather. Hesitant at first her grandfather agreed. Teaching her how to handle weapons and control her aura showed that Vidalia was normal, she just had a very active imagination.Between learning to fight and learning how to handle the teasing Vidalia likes to play video games. Her favorite types are hack and slash games because it makes her strive to be as skilled as the characters in her games. To be like them. 

Vidalia was sixteen when she began to wear black and dress herself in the gothic lolita style. She was bullied constantly by other students making her feel that she was inferior to them. Thus leading her to dress in black.

Upon entering Shade academy, Vidalia was nearly rejected due to her health papers saying she was mentally insane. A long three hour conversation with the academy's headmaster and several tests later Vidalia was accepted into the academy with strict rules to have a mandatory mental health evaluation every six months. 

Personality: Vidalia is called to be unpredictable just by the way she walks and talks to others. She tends to lean more towards being overly happy because it gives of the illusion that she is sane however she is far from being sane. Vidalia is loud, and if often seen to be aloof when she sometimes voices what she thinks along with her random jumpy motives such as hugging people randomly or saying that she wants a pet Beowolf.

By all means is Vidalia violent. She is known to get too carried away with her “actions” during combat. Typically asking her what she wants to eat makes her come back to reality.

In formal occasions Vidalia is known to behave very lady like.

With friends she is honest and charitable. Vidalia has no problem dedicating her time to friends seeing as it's very hard for her to make friends.

Aura and Semblance:

Vidalia has an offensive type aura that is green with a mixture of white and black.

Her semblance is called Phantom Vidal which are long swords that appear to be a green hologram with mass. Vidalia can control the blades and have them go in any direction she wants. The only flaw is that after a five minutes of being summoned and unused they will disappear by shattering. The blades can be used in multiple applications.

At a time Vidalia can summon up to one blade every 1 second,two blades every 3 seconds , four blades every 5 seconds,six blades every 11 seconds or eight blades every 15 seconds.

The blades limitations are they they cannot phase through solid objects. Upon impact the embed then explode after the five minutes are up or when Vidalia lets the katana click against the scabbard. After over exerting herself the blades will cease to appear disallowing her to use them in combat for 30 minutes.

Combat Behavior: Vidalia tends to be hard to pin down because of her impressive agility along with her reaction time.

WEAPON

Name: Lunar Breaker

Primary Form: Lunar Breaker is a four foot Katana with the characters 农历断路器 near the tsuba. The scabbard is a light grey with a black silk sageo that is two feet long wrapped around the cord retainer.

History:
Lunar Breaker is a traditionally made Katana given to Vidalia by her great grandfather who was previously a hunter. Her grandfather is the one who forged the blade.

NPC:
Lara Fair- Vidalia's psychologist that she meets with every six months.

So what I had originally wanted semblance wise was was something like summon swords made out of aura as her semblance but I'm not sure if that is considered spamming semblance. Also I have no idea what to make her weapon like or if she will even need a weapon.

I'm always kinda jealous of the people on here that can visualize and draw their characters... Earlier today- and I swear this is true- a bonus question on my Calculus quiz told me to draw a dinosaur riding a motorcycle. The end result looked more like Pacman riding a bundle of sticks attached to two pizzas.

I recommend supplying a weight in addition to height in the appearance section. Your picture makes her seem pretty average in that regard but it's basically protocol at this point to supply that information.

Your history strongly implies that Vidalia transferred to Shade from a lower combat academy, but you should explicitly mention it and when she started going there. If I'm misinterpreting what you said and this isn't how she got into Shade, then you need to include that information and rework the bit about her being bullied at school seeing as... she hadn't gone to school. (If that bit about her talking with the headmaster is supposed to imply that she took the entrance exam, I recommend being more explicit about stating that.)

I'd like it if you could be more clear about the power of the semblance. If the blades are as strong as you imply, then I would certainly classify this as overpowered for a first-year student. The bit about how many blades she can produce per second is confusing; it seems like it would just be more efficient to always produce one per second, since that's the fastest she can make them. I suggest just having one amount of time it takes to make a single blade. Also, please be more specific as to what it takes to tire her out when using this ability.

You can't just say she's useless without her semblance; it has to be evident. You call her a "master swordsman" so I'm guessing she's just as good if not better when down to her weapon than other students. In general your combat behavior section doesn't give an idea of how she actually behaves in combat. What's her ideal range; does she prefer to get in close to an opponent or fight them at the extent of blade's reach? Does she try to outplay an opponent through deft, calculated strikes or overpower them through repeated assault on their guard? How well does she handle orders (or is she the one giving them)? These kinda things are why strengths and weaknesses, while useful, aren't really a great description of combat behavior as a whole.

Weapon history: Wait, so her grandfather made his dad's sword? And then gave it to him, who gave it to Vidalia?

Sorry to be so long-winded and overly critical. For the most part I'd say this could have a good chance of being approved if you just balance out the combat aspect a bit more.
