Cara fiercely gripped the handrail of her team's ferry as it bobbed up and down with the waves. If this was what water travel on a clear, sunny day like today was like, she would hate to be the poor sailor who must battle anything more inclement. She took a motion sickness tablet from her pouch and downed it along with a chocolate candy to put her at ease.

Looking off the front of the boat, Cara kept herself occupied by examining the features of the island to which they were headed. It seemed the kind of island that knew no seasons but summer, with robust, vibrantly green tropical trees densely packed and thriving in the rich soil. Imposing cliffs lined much of the coastline, though the altitude lowered significantly in other areas. In particular, Cara noted a small sandy beach that she presumed was to be their docking location. The place was beautiful, yes, but what business did Beacon hunters have here? It was clearly uninhabited, and Cara didn't even know there was an island here prior to being summoned for her mission. She frowned slightly, having hoped that her first mission as part of team CLYS would be a bit closer to home- anyone's home.

Leaf was on the edge, literally. Her legs were the only things preventing her from falling into the ocean as she uses her finger trace the waves that flowed beside the boat. Feeling the blood starting to clog up her head she lifts herself up and tumbles back on to the deck and yawns as she stretches herself while sitting in a lax fashion on the floor.
