Attire: A sleeveless qipao that stops just above her knees with side slits for mobility.  The dress itself has a bright red base and is decorated with golden flowers tastefully.  Across her waist sits a black belt to restrain her dress from moving around any more than necessary and maintaining the form-fitting look of the qipao from the waist up.  Still, Scarlett wears a black leotard underneath her dress with stockings to maintain her decency while in combat.

History: A past riddled with difficulty and pain because pain is the greatest teacher.  Not necessarily dark/edgy but filled with adversity.
