Akel put her ninjato back into her scythe before pulling it out, she didn't wait for him to attack first as she swung her scythe side at his waist, hard, and the dial on her scythe and the blade became engulfed in flames, [Aura damage 9%]. She would go into a quick spin while Gray would be no doubt off balance and slammed him with the backend of her scythe [Aura damage 6%].

Seeing the wide scythe swing coming Gray leaped into the air and cleared the scythe making an awkward swing at his opponents head. He couldn't get much force into the strike but it came out quickly and would probably hurt a little. [2% damage]

'fast bastard' were the thoughts that came into Akel's mind. She dropped her scythe and without a weapon for her semblance to use the same blood molecules appeared all around her. With the sword strike coming in she released her semblance. Her whole body seemed to send spikes in every direction. This attack was sure to hit since he was still in the air and omnidirectional attacked are pretty hard to dodge without cover.
