Speaking of looking, I've found this site called Avatar Creator. If you can't find a good faceclaim and really want one, you can make your own, rather basic one with that site.

Hmm. Well, depending on the accuracy of your artillery batteries, I'd send a special force in cover and shell everything but the essential constructions into Oblivion. They're sitting ducks, in a field large like that. The thing to do to Hill 63 should be done first, though, since that'll probably allow you to gain a lot of territory by cutting them off the main force, encircling and annihilating.

Right then. Umm, I'd say shell the red blobs to force separation from the main red front. Keep up the shelling for as long as possible, force the enemy into fortifications. Meanwhile, make sure you use the special forces for guerrilla strikes, chain of command disruptions, sabotage, recon, y'know, generally fucking up the reds from behind their lines.

Perhaps, when the blobs are gone, press hard on the airport to deny air support from there. Since you have artillery and a it's basically a wide open field, should be a piece of cake. Shell the advancing front on the right of the capital to make them slow down, if not change tactic.

Droned seems to be fine, so I don't know why you'd change that right now.

If collateral isn't bad, I'd drop bombs to sever the red blobs from the main front, encircle said blobs and probably distract the enemy with coastal bombardment by battleships of some sort.

I am not a strategist.
